Sarah Chalke

Sarah Chalke was born in Ottawa, Ontario Canada on 27 August 1976. Angie Chalke is her mother and Doug Chalke are her father. Sarah is the middle child, with one older sister, Natasha Chalke, and one younger, Piper Chalke. Sarah began her acting career in a TV-made movie, City Boy (1992). Following her first film her audition, she was cast in 1993 for the role of "Becky" of Roseanne (1988). Following the time that Alicia Goranson left the show to go to college the show was searching for the perfect replacement. Sarah graduated from high school in 1995 as she was filming the 1994-1995 Roseanne (1988) season. In 1994, Sarah starred alongside Jim Varney in Ernest Goes to School (1994). Sarah was also in Robin of Locksley (1996) and Stand Against Fear(1996). In both films, she played the role of Krista Wilson who was an athlete. In 1998, a year after Roseanne (1988) was finished, Sarah was asked to be a part of a show called Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy (1998). Based on the show Nothing Too Good For a Cowboy (1998) on which the show was also based. Sarah took over Becky's (1988) role from Alicia Goranson. She declared that she'd like to quit acting and enroll in college. (2001) (1993-1997) She played the younger sister of Sara Gilbert on Roseanne (1988), but is more youthful in real life. In attendance at the 1999 CCMA award ceremony, and presented an award for the top single of the year. (September 1999) At the age of 8 was in Vancouver theater productions. She is fluent in French and German. She volunteers at hospices that provide care to seriously ill children. In her leisure time, Chalke prefers cooking with her friends (especially Thai and sushi) playing guitar as well as hiking, skiing (she's an instructor) and snowboarding, kayaking and reading. Her father is an attorney, and both of her parents run an adoption agency for children. A couple of years ago she went with her parents to China to coordinate the adoption of several orphans there.

Suzanne Pleshette

   Suzanne Pleshette, born January 31, 1937, died on January 19 in 2008. She was an American voice actress, actress film, and TV actress. Pleshette started her theatre career and appeared in films in the late 1950s. Later, Pleshette was a prominent actor in movies such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (633) and Spirited Away (12001).
