Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hannigan was born on 24 March 1974. American actor and host of television She is the daughter of actor Alyson Lee Hannigan. Her credits include Willow Rosenberg (1997-2003) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Lily Aldrin (2005-2014), for which she was awarded a People's Choice Award in 2009 and Michelle Flaherty (1999-2012). Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller The Fool Us has been on the air since the year 2016. Hannigan is also Claire Clancy, an animated character from Fancy Nick (2018-2018). Hannigan was the sole child of Emilie (Posner) Haas, an agent in real estate and Alan Hannigan, a Teamsters worker. Hannigan's mom was Jewish and her father was Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. When she was 11 she relocated to Hollywood with her mother. Her father, a casting agent, was with her in Santa Barbara. She auditioned. She attended California State University Northridge after high school. She was a member the Alpha Chi Omega fraternity in Northridge and was awarded a psychology degree. Hannigan appeared in the film My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green was one of her co-stars. Later, he was her partner on Buffy. Hannigan made her debut in TV in 1989, when she became an actress in ABC's sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was just a teenager at the time she was a babysitter for the children of Bob Saget, her How I Met Your Mother co-star.
